He spoke with a woman who was miserable in her job. 
She said, "I don't know what to do because I really hate my work.   I know that work is work, and that work involves effort and that it's not fun all the time etc... but I'm just not a good fit for the field that I'm in, it doesn't tap into any of my strengths or talents or abilities." She continued, "What I really want to do is something different." And she knew specifically what she wanted to do. She felt stuck because she needed a different degree than the one she had, which would require two years more of college.
